LOVE GOD

O man of little faith, why did you doubt? Matthew 14:31b Never doubt My goodness. That is one of the chief ploys of your adversary---to insert questions in your mind about Me. He knows where to attack at the weak places in your spiritual armor--which are the "strong" places in yourself. What folly to allow his little game to triumph over you, when you have a Strong Deliverer! O My child, would that you would settle it once for all--that My goodness faileth never. I am who I am and I change not. Never, never doubt My goodness!

A Word from Carol:
"I often hear this question: Why a "faith-based" diet program? Or even,
what does "faith" have to do with dieting?
My quest in the early days of this journey was to learn how to apply the
faith I had in God -- the faith that believed he could move mountains
and that he kept my life in balance -- and apply it to my daily
struggles. Each of us struggles; my struggles were primarily with my
weight, my self-image, and my self-worth. I wanted to take my spiritual
beliefs and put them to work in my daily life.
I knew beyond any doubt that God cared about everything I was concerned
about. The Bible says that he cares about sparrows, and even about the
hair on your head! So why wouldn't God care about my struggles with
eating? While asking that question, I looked up at a Sunday school
bulletin board and a simple sign that read, "God Has the Answer." I knew
then and there that I had to incorporate God fully and completely into
the nitty-gritty details of my daily life.
Does God have answers? Yes, he does. He has answers for all of our
needs. We just have to learn how to listen, and believe. That's your
first challenge as you go forward with the 3D plan!"
